Thank you for choosing Russell Trilingual. Please review the following policies before booking lessons or interpretation services.

Lesson Booking Policy

• All lesson purchases are non-refundable.
• Students should request reschedules at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
• One courtesy reschedule may be granted at Russell Trilingual’s discretion.
• Any approved rescheduled lesson must be completed within 14 days of the original lesson date.
• Missed lessons without notice may be forfeited.
• Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled lesson end time.

Interpretation Services Policy

• All interpretation bookings are non-refundable.
• Interpretation services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Scheduled interpretation appointments may be subject to minimum booking requirements.
• Legal interpretation services may be subject to a one-hour minimum booking requirement.
• Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Russell Trilingual’s availability. Approval of a reschedule is not guaranteed.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.
• Any portion of a minute may be rounded up to the next full minute for billing purposes.

Overages

If an interpretation appointment extends beyond the originally scheduled or prepaid time, the additional time will be considered an overage and billed at the applicable hourly or per-minute rate.

• Overages will be billed at the same rate agreed upon for the original booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Overage charges will be based on the actual additional time worked and may be rounded up to the next full minute.
• An invoice for any overage will be issued after the appointment and is due upon receipt unless other payment terms have been agreed to in writing.
• The client is responsible for all approved or necessary additional time used beyond the scheduled appointment.
• Russell Trilingual reserves the right to conclude services at the scheduled end time if continued availability cannot be accommodated.

Non-Certified Legal Interpretation

Russell Trilingual may provide non-certified legal interpretation services for eligible settings. Clients are responsible for confirming whether a certified, court-certified, or officially approved interpreter is required for their specific appointment, court, agency, or legal matter.

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate appointment details, including date, time, language pair, service type, platform link, and any relevant instructions.
• Clients should ensure that all parties have access to the meeting platform or phone number before the scheduled appointment time.
• Delays caused by missing links, incorrect information, or unavailable participants may still be billed.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Russell Trilingual provides language services but does not guarantee any specific legal, medical, academic, immigration, business, or personal outcome.

Confidentiality

Russell Trilingual respects client privacy and handles lesson and interpretation information with professionalism and discretion. Information shared during services will not be intentionally disclosed except as required by law or with client permission.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a lesson, scheduling interpretation services, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies.
